He is the Medical Director of Forensic Services and Assistant Chief Clinical Officer at Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare, Columbus, Ohio. He has extensive additional professional experience practicing in Michigan and California.
Dr. Fettman’s credentials as an expert psychiatric witness began with a B.Sc. degree WITH DISTINCTION from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, June, 1969, and then by obtaining an M.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in June 1973. Dr. Fettman completed Residency in Psychiatry in June 1976 at University of Michigan Hospital. Later, he attained a Masters in Medical Management (M.M.M.) from The Marshall School of Business at The University of Southern California in May of 2006.
