Dr. Mark Fettman provides expert psychiatric witness testimony for; product liability, psychiatric and medical malpractice, will contests and undue influence cases. Dr. Fettman is dedicated to excellence in providing testimony and evaluations as an expert forensic psychiatrist. He has done Independent Medical Examinations for insurance companies, retirement boards and state professional/medical boards for many years and has been a psychiatric expert witness for firms representing plaintiffs and defense in product liability cases involving pharmaceuticals and personal use products, cases involving malpractice actions. Having been Board Certified in Geriatric Psychiatry since 1995, Dr. Fettman has been a psychiatric expert witness in Will contests and questions of undue influence.
In addition, Dr. Fettman has provided direct services to inmates at the Franklin County jails for over 5 years. He has been Board Certified in Addictions Psychiatry since 1997 and works with patients with addictions on a daily basis and has practiced with Suboxone since 2006.
Dr. Fettman has been Medical Director at Timothy B. Moritz Forensic Unit of Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare since 2004. Timothy B. Moritz Forensic Unit is Ohio's only maximum security psychiatric hospital.
